Eastbrook Studios, Dagenham

The 12 sound stages, ranging from 16,000 to 32,000 square feet, total 252,000 square feet, featuring interconnecting acoustic walls and drive-in access for set and equipment delivery. There is also 277,000 square feet of office/support space distributed across the site, adaptable for varying production requirements.

The site, formerly the Mayer & Baker pharmaceutical company, was a brownfield development and achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating, surpassing the target of ‘very good.’ The project worked closely with the local authority to comply with social values, benefiting the local borough during both construction and operational phases.
