Glasshouse Square is part of Redcliff Quarter project in Bristol is a mixed-use development encompassing Build to Rent (BTR) and affordable housing scheduled for completion in July 2025.

Situated centrally in the Redcliff district, the project is a collaboration between developer Madison Cairn, in partnership with ICG Real Estate, and contractor Winvic Construction Ltd.

The 19 storey development consists of 374 private rental homes, 94 affordable homes, 6 commercial units, as well as internal and external amenity spaces.
