Biography
Tom is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 25 years of industry experience. Working across numerous sectors including residential, healthcare, education, aerospace and manufacturing, Tom has lead cost management teams and providing monitoring services on high profile, high value scheme with multiple stakeholders. Tom has provided QS and Fund Monitoring services on high value, high complexity projects and has the ability to identify risk and propose mitigation measures.
