The proposed scope of works involves the reconfiguration of the ground floor of an existing care home facility to provide an additional 21 beds.

This reconfiguration requires amendments to the kitchen and communal areas together with revised access routes.

The footprint of the existing building is unchanged in the Borrower proposals.

The works are at an early stage with no appraisal currently available and no design freeze on the proposals yet reached.

Once the design works are frozen and consultation upon these has been undertaken with the fire engineer, the Borrower will be in position to tender the works and advise a budget for the works for review.
