This package of works was interesting and challenging due to the complex nature of the works which included:

• Working within a live hospital environment and maintaining its functionality;
• Significant elements of the hospitals MEP equipment is on the roof;
• This equipment is critical to the functionality of the hospital and often sensitive, moving this equipment to allow the roofing works needs to be well managed;
• Engagement with all stakeholders to understand the sequence of works to ensure minimal disruption, with the requirement for flexible working.
